Queensbreak Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Queensbreak Server to join our Food and Beverage team at Marriott International Inc. As a Queensbreak Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
• Answer questions about menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
• Record transactions in our point-of-sale system.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, and other equipment.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
• Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Previous experience as a server or in a related role.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
