We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill part-time Mixology Specialist positions. As a Mixology Specialist, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a busy hospitality environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and managing stock levels.
• Monitoring inventory, tracking supplies, and reporting needs to management.
• Ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal policies.
• Communicating guest preferences and issues to department managers.
• Completing opening and closing tasks, such as inventory, cash handling, and cleaning.
• Utilizing Point of Sales systems for efficient transactions.
• Reviewing event schedules, menus, and other important details.
• Providing attentive service during events.

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year of mixology experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Age requirement for serving alcohol: 21 years old.

Mixology Specialists should have a solid understanding of cocktails, wines, and beers, along with Alcohol Awareness Training.
