Position Overview
ALL Family of Companies is on the lookout for a dedicated Crane Maintenance Specialist focused on lattice boom crawler cranes. Candidates should possess hands-on expertise with cranes and lifting machinery. This role is full-time and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and disassembly of lattice boom crawler cranes.
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on various models of crawler cranes.
- Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify crane components as necessary.
- Interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical schematics.
- Maintain effective communication with service writers, supervisors, parts department, and clients.
- Document all actions taken during service and repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Possession of a Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
- Strong background in diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Basic set of mechanic's hand tools required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working safely around moving machinery and in varying environmental conditions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
