Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Housing Expert to join our team at CoBridge Workforce Solution. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality care of residents and providing clinical expertise to our senior living communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to communities without a nurse on staff, serving as an HSD when required.
  • Offer clinical coverage to communities without nursing coverage in assigned states or other states as needed to meet state regulations.
  • Assist communities experiencing regulatory challenges and provide support in implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Health Service Directors, Resident Care Coordinators, and community staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with community leaders and maintain open communication channels.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide feedback to improve overall resident care and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Senior Housing is mandatory.
  • A working knowledge of Director of Nursing (HSD) roles and regulations in all assigned states is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to delegate responsibility effectively.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
