About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at Navarino Property Management LLC. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in carpentry and labor work.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of woodworking, including flooring installation, cabinetry, and trim work. Additionally, they should be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Install flooring materials, including measuring, cutting, and fitting.
- Assemble and install fixtures such as cabinets, shelves, and countertops.
- Perform drywall installation and finishing tasks.
- Climb ladders to perform carpentry tasks (interior & exterior).
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
