  • Delivery and Unloading: Unload and deliver products to our customers utilizing various methodologies, including manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel, ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • CDL License: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Driving Experience: Must have at least 1 year Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military.
  • Driving Record: Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements.
  • Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Background Check: Must pass a post-offer background check, DOT Physical, and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience with customer service, preferably in a delivery or retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with handheld ordering devices and working in multi-temperature environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with foodservice distribution, grocery store, or beverage delivery operations.
