Job Title: Banking Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Professional to join our team at Classic Bank N A. As a Banking Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting banking transactions, and supporting the overall operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Conduct banking transactions, including cashing checks, making deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments.
• Support the overall operations of the branch, including opening and closing the bank, balancing vaults and devices, and performing other duties as assigned.
• Assist customers with opening deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, and IRAs, and assist with account maintenance requests.
• Proactively engage customers in comprehensive financial conversations and introduce products and services to meet their needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Customer service, teller, and previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills to include listening, speaking, and writing in all situations.

Working Conditions: May be required to either sit or stand for long periods of time. May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
