Freezer Stocker Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freezers, coolers, and deli department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety of our facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area meet company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, and follow cold chain procedures when stocking merchandise.
• Monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly wage range of $18.00 to $25.00.
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
