Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our Earl Enterprises team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth operation of guest service
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
  • Direct, implement, and maintain a philosophy congruent with Company culture
  • Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • Facilitate a professional and ethical manner that is beyond reproach
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures and service standards
  • Ensure proper documentation for all accidents and incidents per Company policies and procedures
  • Maintain complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and Company standards of operation
  • Inspect cleanliness and organization of line workstations; rectify deficiencies and maintain throughout the shift
  • Retrieve dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays
  • Sort dirty dishes into racks
  • Place rack through dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards
  • Sort and shelf clean dishes per Company standards

Requirements

  • One to two years experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
