Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the building industry. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to travel to different locations within the building region are also required.
- Manage all aspects of the construction process for luxury custom homes, from start to finish.
- Closely collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, understand client preferences, and provide expert project management guidance.
- Oversight of subcontractors to ensure they deliver high-quality work that meets project specifications and adheres to industry standards.
- Development and maintenance of detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Procurement of all necessary materials for projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Sequence construction activities in a way that maximizes efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols, maintenance of a clean and organized worksite, and compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
- Preparation and submission of accurate draw worksheets in a timely manner.
- Assistance to the accounting department with project financial closeout and allowance reconciliation tasks.
- Providing constructive feedback on internal processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
