Job Overview

Family Solutions of Ohio is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing community-based services utilizing evidence-based best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive, person-centered, and strength-based services to clients
  • Complete intakes, reassessments, and provide therapy and skills-based interventions
  • Provide supervision, as needed, based on clinical skill set and office operations

Requirements

  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Professional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) license and clinical training or experience required
  • Master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree with verifiable clinical experience considered with strong working knowledge of engagement skills and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Value a team approach and coordinate with internal and external caregivers and entities for integrated and holistic client care
  • Willing to work in a community-based setting and enjoy flexible hours, good planning, and workload management
  • Understand the importance of timely, consistent, and appropriate interventions
  • Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Spanish and English preferred
