Job Overview

The Nutritional Support Specialist collaborates with the Registered Dietitian to guarantee the delivery of optimal nutrition and dietary services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment.
  • Prepare and cook meals as required, while adhering to dietary guidelines.
  • Assess and identify appropriate versus inappropriate eating behaviors among clients.

This role offers valuable experience, paving the way for future opportunities as a Registered Dietitian, through hands-on learning from experienced professionals and engagement with a diverse client population.

Additional Duties
  • Monitor client adherence to prescribed dietary patterns.
  • Implement dietary programs and provide guidance on food selections.
  • Lead engaging nutrition education sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize knowledge of portion sizes and caloric recommendations to implement specific dietary exchange patterns.

This position requires a commitment of three days per week, with a flexible schedule available from Monday to Friday.
