**Job Summary**
The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus is seeking a skilled Registered Charge Nurse to join our Medical Oncology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of nursing care to patients undergoing medical treatment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on medical treatment and recovery.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state registration or eligibility to do so.
- Current BLS for healthcare providers.
- Chemotherapy Certification by 12 months of hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
