Retail Sales Associate

Filson is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service and product knowledge.
  • Provide a luxury shopping experience for all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through effective merchandising, visual presentation, and sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Filson products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Perform opening and closing store duties, including cash handling, inventory management, and store appearance.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards, including visual displays, signage, and product placement.
  • Stock and maintain size runs on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
