Job Description
  • Scheduling and Production Planning: Assist the Production Manager in scheduling production by sales orders to meet customer requirements, including first and second-shift operations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory control, including cycle counting materials and coordinating procurement of materials and supplies required for Seals & Shelters with the Supply Chain Team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead employees to carry out assigned tasks, develop and coach employees to higher levels of performance, and analyze and problem-solve day-to-day issues on the production floor.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest level of quality of every product produced, track, document, and report production output and shipments daily.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on moral leadership, constructive competitiveness, self/employee development, and accountability. A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business is preferred, or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
