Position Overview:
The Custodial Specialist is responsible for maintaining a pristine and hygienic environment for both residents and staff members. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize protective equipment as required.
2. Conduct thorough cleaning and upkeep of the premises.
3. Apply cleaning agents and follow procedures in accordance with company standards.
4. Perform tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
5. Rearrange movable furniture to access and clean beneath and behind.
6. Assist with laundry duties as necessary.
7. Ensure the safe and proper use of cleaning solutions while adhering to safety protocols.
8. Engage positively with residents, families, and colleagues.
9. Comply with infection control and universal precautions policies.
10. Follow established reporting, isolation, and handwashing techniques.
