We are excited to announce that Route Elite is seeking a motivated FedEx Courier Associate to join our team in Hayward, CA.

The estimated salary for this role is $25-$30 per hour, providing a great opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the logistics industry.

About the Role:

We are hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers with work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries. No CDL License is required. If you have experience as a Local Driver, Route Driver, Truck Driver, Courier, Pick Up Driver, or Delivery driver, that's a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering packages safely and efficiently to customers
  2. Operating a vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  3. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining communication with management
  4. Working effectively as part of a team to achieve goals
  5. Accurately tracking delivery processes using scanners
  6. Ensuring accurate disposition of packages and maintaining company integrity
  7. Meeting deadlines and consistently delivering routes on time
