Sales Representative

Vitamin World is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in the PLAZA DEL CARIBE in PONCE, PR. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional attitude, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations and answering questions as appropriate.
• Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, and place special orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to increase sales and maintain a professional attitude.
• Operate the store point of sale system, accept payment, make change, provide receipts, and bag merchandise for customers.
• Ensure the store always looks clean and inviting, and place and rotate merchandise to attract positive attention from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Passion for health, nutrition, fitness, and helping others.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs (stock).
