Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
