We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare in Portsmouth, Virginia. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient office setting
* Develop and maintain a panel of patients, with a focus on continuity of care
* Collaborate with our experienced team of medical professionals, including a patient care coordinator and RNs
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
### Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $240,000, plus 20% annual bonuses. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, and a generous retirement contribution. You will also receive 18 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, and a $3,500 CME stipend.
