About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of surgical equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, adhering to strict safety and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting as a Surgical Technician.
  • Successful completion of an accredited educational program for surgical technologists and certification as a surgical technologist accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and the American College of Surgeons and the Association of Surgical Technologists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
