**Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake high-quality cakes according to our proprietary recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to ensure efficient production and inventory management.
• Evaluate products and processes to ensure they meet our quality standards.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a related field.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
