The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable adapting to new situations.
The Medical Imaging Specialist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve treatment goals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Administer radiation treatments to patients with cancer using linear accelerators, simulators, or other equipment
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Use imaging technologies such as CT scans, MRIs, and PET scans to diagnose and treat cancer
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow up with patients as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapist
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Radiation Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
