Memory Care Activities Coordinator

As a Memory Care Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging residents to participate in daily activities and promoting their overall health and wellness
  • Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates
  • Recruiting, organizing, and training volunteers to expand and supplement the activity program
  • Involving resident families, the community, and volunteers in activities to increase overall participation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with geriatric populations is preferred
  • CNA certification is preferred; must be open to getting CNA certification within the first six months of employment
