**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC In-Store Lead Generator to join our team at Southland A/C & Heating. As a part time employee, you will be responsible for generating leads in the St. John the Baptist Parish area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through effective sales techniques and build relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

What We Offer:

  • An hourly salary of $25-$30 per hour.
  • A bonus on leads generated.
  • An override commission on business sold.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • All candidates are subject to a criminal background check.
