Position Overview

  • Perform in-process evaluations, final assessments, and testing of wiring and cable harnesses to comply with IPC-620 Class 3 specifications.
  • Examine and execute acceptance testing of control boxes and various electrical/electromechanical assemblies.
  • Assess completed PCB assemblies utilizing testing fixtures.
  • Inspect sourced components, subassemblies, or finished goods through visual, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements.
  • Meticulously document inspection and testing outcomes.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and calibration of essential equipment and instruments.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
  • Evaluate non-conformances and offer preliminary suggestions for corrective measures.

Position Requirements

  • IPC 620 Certification is preferred.
  • Significant experience with wire and cable harnesses is essential.
  • Experience with electronics, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies is highly desirable.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of QA/QC experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Proficiency in the use of measurement tools is essential.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.
