Compensation: Starting at $11.00/hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Services or Retail.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Part-time position available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Rotate work schedule, including weekends.
  • Schedule and manage deliveries for larger items within the city.
  • Ensure cash drawer is accurately counted and balanced.
  • Generate reports using the Square system at the start and end of each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dusting furniture, cleaning restrooms, and managing waste disposal.
  • Assist in decorating and staging for seasonal events.
  • Adhere to approved work hours unless otherwise authorized.
  • Participate in training and meetings as required by DSNWK.
  • Support community events and initiatives.
  • Advocate for the rights of individuals served, ensuring dignity and respect in all interactions.
  • Report any health, safety, or licensing concerns as per agency policy.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report issues promptly.
  • Notify supervisors regarding low supply levels.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Commitment to working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with community members effectively.
