We are seeking PRN CNAs to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff
  • Assist professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residents, helping them adapt to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging
  • In conformance with residents' individual plans of care, perform duties of direct care for the residents served, such as helping them maintain personal hygiene, good grooming, and dress, providing a healthy environment, providing nourishment and fluids, and responding to their call signals
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent is desired
  • Completion of Certified Nursing Aide (Texas) program is required
  • Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or ability to obtain as required by regulation prior to start of work
  • One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred
