Job Title: Production Assembler

MeriCal, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Assembler to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for packaging components into shipping cartons, PICs, or displays according to customer requirements and MeriCal's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMPs.

About the Role

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for:

  • Packing quality products while the machine is running with minimal downtime.
  • Producing enough PICs and shippers on the line to maximize production.
  • Using good hand-eye coordination to hot glue PICs.
  • Efficiently making shippers, PICs, or other assemblies necessary to support Production.
  • Assisting other employees on the line to maximize production as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Showing flexibility to work on other lines or special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintaining awareness of the workstation to avoid any potential trip or fall hazards.
  • Assisting in production wherever needed and as assigned by the supervisor.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and efficient worker with a keen eye for quality. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to contributing to the team's success.

Qualifications
  • Able to read, write, and speak basic English to ensure correct product packing per specifications and proper execution of directions.
  • Possess basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for the entire 8-12 hour shift.
  • Familiarity with a Production environment or Packaging experience is a plus.
