Job Summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Control: Assist in managing store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at all times.
  • Cash Control: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash drawers.
  • Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our store.

Requirements:

  • Prior Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Basic Operations Procedures: Ability to assist with basic operations procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
  • Employee Development: Experience in employee development, including training and coaching.
  • Team Member and Food Safety Protocols: Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for our customers.
  • Technology Skills: Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
