Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of machinery, mechanical equipment, and industrial vehicles for our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairs, to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with contractors and other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks and effective communication of issues and solutions.
  • Quality and Safety: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety guidelines, and physical safety policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues, and document findings and solutions for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in maintenance or production work in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years of experience in 3-phase electrical required.
  • Certification: Relevant certification from a trade school required.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, OSHA requirements, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems. Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for prolonged hours, lift 50 lbs., climb stairs, and safely utilize ladders and aerial work platforms.
  • Availability: Must be able to work any shift as needed, including weekends, to support project execution.
