Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Travel Nursing position in a Stepdown Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Stepdown Unit setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Experience working in a Stepdown Unit or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
