We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating process and quality improvements, analyzing manufacturing operations, and implementing improvements to methods, equipment, and layouts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate process and quality improvements to streamline operations, improve quality, and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement information technology solutions to minimize data entry and improve data accuracy.
- Develop and document a robust material and process control system, identifying process control points and determining material and process data to monitor.
- Supervise the process engineering team, coordinate their individual projects, and support them in their respective areas.
- Support higher-level efforts, including long-term strategy, sustainability, and capital planning for the division.
- Four-year degree in engineering, management, or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of management systems, statistics, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, quality, or related technical environment, with a minimum of 2 years of successful supervision of an engineering, production, or technical team.
- Proven experience in developing and driving change through continuous improvement and/or quality systems, with a proven track record of influencing and implementing these changes and improvements.
