- Develop and maintain a safe and efficient care environment, utilizing technical skills and equipment to achieve positive outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
- Contribute to the professional practice of nursing, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.
- Exhibit leadership skills that influence optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Multi-State Compact License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required based on clinical area standards.
