  • Inspect Flooring Installations: Conduct thorough inspections of flooring installations to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Communicate with Customers and Project Managers: Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis to ensure timely and proper completion of installations.
  • Determine Best Method of Installation or Repair: Determine the best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements, and instruct installers to ensure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction by responding to any complaints or questions regarding installations.
  • Pick up and Deliver Materials: Pick up and deliver materials as necessary to ensure timely completion of installations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flooring Installation Experience: Flooring installation experience is a plus.
  • Commitment to Safety: Exhibit a commitment to safety in all work practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to work independently and problem-solve.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance: Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Reliable Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
