Orthopedic Surgeon

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team, specializing in hand surgery. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, focusing on advanced orthopedic care and patient satisfaction.

• Diagnose, treat, and surgically repair conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and forearm.
• Collaborate with a team of over 10 experienced surgeons with various subspecialties.
• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures while providing pre-operative and post-operative care for hand patients.
• Participate in a general orthopedic call schedule with an average of four calls per month.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS).
• Hold an active Michigan medical license or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Have completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery focusing on the upper extremities.
• Have a minimum of two years of work experience in Hand/Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgery.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a salary range of $400,000 to $600,000. Additionally, you will receive an RVU-based incentive compensation plan, sign-on bonus, educational stipend, relocation allowance, generous PTO, comprehensive retirement plans, and full health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
