Arbour Counseling Services is seeking a skilled Partial Hospitalization Clinician to join our team in Allston, MA. As a key member of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals requiring a higher level of support.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct services to clients, including individual, group, family, and other authorized therapy sessions.

Qualifications- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited program
- License eligible (LMHC/LICSW)
- Prior experience in a higher level of care, such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle clients in crisis
- Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
- Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
