Arbour Counseling Services is seeking a skilled Partial Hospitalization Clinician to join our team in Allston, MA. As a key member of our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals requiring a higher level of support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct services to clients, including individual, group, family, and other authorized therapy sessions.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited program
  • License eligible (LMHC/LICSW)
  • Prior experience in a higher level of care, such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle clients in crisis
  • Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
