The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Medical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our patient-facing staff, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-office experience. Your mastery of human connection, strong communication skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities will make you an ambassador for our patients.

You'll remove barriers to care, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our members. As the steward of our office space, you'll maintain the look and feel of our lobby, reflecting our brand's values and commitment to excellence.

This role involves collaborating with diverse teams, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a culture that fosters growth, feedback, and continuous improvement. If you're a driven individual with a passion for serving others, we'd love to connect.

This Medical Support Associate position will primarily work at our Seattle-area offices, supporting clinics that cater to employer-sponsored patients and our Senior Health member population (ages 65+).
