- Provide expert guidance on medication use and recommend formulary alternatives when necessary.
- Compound and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and families to ensure seamless care.
- Supervise technical personnel and assist with academic functions, such as precepting pharmacy students.
- Float to provide coverage of pharmacy needs as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
