Position Overview
The Senior Automotive Repair Specialist is tasked with diagnosing vehicle service needs and executing the necessary repairs, maintenance, and service work.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles
- Determine required repairs and maintenance, including drivability concerns
- Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs
- Perform a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance, from electrical diagnostics to mechanical fixes
- Order necessary parts for repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Proficient in using shop equipment such as diagnostic tools, wheel aligners, and AC systems
- Strong desire to learn and excel in the field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to understand and follow instructions effectively

Preferred Qualifications
- ASE certification or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems
