Job Overview

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a $15 hourly wage. Sign-On Bonus

New hires in this position will receive a $250 sign-on bonus, with $125 paid after 30 days and another $125 after 90 days of successful employment. All bonuses are contingent upon perfect attendance and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items for the entire facility.
  • Perform daily cleaning of coolers, including sweeping and mopping.
  • Maintain stock levels of essential ingredients such as flour, rice, and sugar.
  • Receive and verify deliveries to ensure the correct products are received.
  • Conduct weight checks on protein items to ensure proper case weight.
  • Monitor receiving temperatures for protein products.
  • Organize grocery orders and ensure proper placement on shelves.
  • Label and date all food items appropriately.
  • Assist chefs with monthly inventory procedures.
  • Support kitchen operations as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the delivery van.
  • Be prepared for long hours as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workplace issues.
  • Listen to and address concerns raised by team members and guests.
