Society of Exploration Geophysicists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Scientist / EH&S Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our environmental consulting group, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on environmental regulations and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and implement environmental compliance programs for our clients, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and laws.
  • Conduct site assessments and audits to identify potential environmental hazards and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for clients and internal staff on environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to environmental regulations and laws, and provide guidance to clients and internal staff on compliance.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and laws, including OSHA, EPA, and state-specific regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
