We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor/LPN to join our team at StoryPoint of Schererville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and training a team of caregivers to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care and services are provided to residents.
- Evaluate residents' conditions and report any changes to physicians in a timely manner.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) systems to document resident care and medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state with Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Punctuality and professionalism are essential.
- Passion for working with the elderly and commitment to providing exceptional care.
