Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Hudsonville. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our guests, while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to guests, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members, ensuring that guests receive high-quality care and services.
  • Assess the health status of guests and notify the physician of changes in condition, implementing new orders as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of a plan of care, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a skilled nursing or subacute environment.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification, or acceptable exemption.
