Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers by engaging in genuine conversations and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
  • Utilize technology to provide a frictionless customer experience, including transacting in the moment, finding sizes and colors, and placing orders for items not available in store.
Teamwork and Communication
  • Build productive relationships with peers by asking for support when needed and making an effort to help others.
  • Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
  • Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Visual and Business Operations
  • Understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store's business.
  • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restock, and contribute to completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels of the floor.
  • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience being a team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.
