About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward PT Stylist to join our team at Kate Spade. As a PT Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales through effective styling and merchandising techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling services to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Kate Spade products, including features, benefits, and styling suggestions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer preferences and needs, using this insight to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
