Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Imaging Records Technician in North Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will perform daily checks within the electronic health records and address any outstanding items with the appropriate staff member. This role is integral to the overall function of the clinic and patient care, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of available information for providers while monitoring ongoing tasks for completeness.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately document patient care delivered in the medical record
  • Review and upload images into eCW and Office365
  • Review medical paperwork for accuracy
  • Be cross-trained to work as an OBS medical assistant
  • Unpack, log inventory, and store supplies from vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements


• Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail

• Compliance with facility policies and procedures

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to maintain records and organized systems for timely patient flow

• Excellent patient interaction skills and ability to communicate professionally

• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette

• Energetic and desire to learn and develop new skills
