We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. in Marco Island, Florida.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

The Mixology Expert will be responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. This includes issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles, setting up and maintaining cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.

  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Transport supplies to bar set-up area
  • Wash soiled glassware

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. They should be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
