About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our Telecom Underground team at C-2 Utility Contractors. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in all phases of underground construction, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport equipment and materials to various job sites throughout the surrounding areas
  • Load, unload, and secure all cargo in accordance with DOT and company standards
  • Perform construction tasks, including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
  • Install underground telecommunications cabling
  • Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
  • Clearly communicate with all team members
  • Complete daily production reports
  • Assist with site restoration efforts
  • Perform work in all weather conditions
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks is preferred
  • Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred)
