Key Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will:
  • Collaborate with Production, Program Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
  • Investigate non-conformance issues, driving them to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement through participation in product, process, and audit activities.
  • Conduct Hardware Quality Audits (HQAs) and Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) Walk Downs.
  • Address Work Audit findings, implementing corrective and preventive measures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
  • A fully adjudicated secret clearance prior to employment, with the ability to maintain it.
  • U.S. citizenship with the capability to achieve special access.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval for handling regulated items.

Preferred Skills:
We value the following skills and experiences:
  • A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficiency in VBA coding.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
  • Experience in quality discipline internships or DoD Industry internships.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is mandatory for consideration.

Work Environment:
This role is performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility, with a full-time commitment.

Work Schedule:
Lockheed Martin offers flexible work schedules, including a 4x10 hour workweek, allowing for three days off each week.
